Shoot It All
In videotaping I found that it really helps if you videotape an entire lesson as opposed to the 15 or 20 minute allotments. This gives you more options (when selecting) as opposed to trying to get that one segment perfect. When you go back and review an entire video lesson you may find more valuable moments at a part of the lesson you didn't expect to. Remember, for the most part, it doesn't matter where in the lesson your video starts as long as you meet the required time limits for your particular entry. I did this and passed both video entries in my portfolio.
You can do it!

Videotape often. The more you and your students practice videotaping the better you will be at making a recording that is audible and able to be viewed easily by the assessor. START NOW. Kevin
